Commercial
Choosing exterior finishes for your home involves balancing climate durability, upkeep preferences, and architectural style. These selections need to be cohesive as well as stand the test of time. Finishes can include but are not limited to door and window style, decking, porch ceilings, siding, roof, lighting, railings, pool, landscape and outdoor kitchens.
Exterior Selections & Procurement
Framing plans are only the first step to visualizing your home. This is the stage to bring in a designer, when we can review cabinet plans and appliance selections for proper plumbing and electrical layouts before the slab is poured. Our team provides scaled furniture layouts (interior and exterior), decorative light fixture locations (RCP), wall finish and custom wall trim layouts, finish schedules as well as 2D and 3D elevations as needed. Adding the features that make a house a home in the beginning will ensure all details are accounted for before your builder breaks ground.
Conceptual Design
We bridge the gap between builder, contractors and client to oversee the execution of the design. Our team is on site throughout the build process to review framing, electrical & plumbing walk throughs as well as project supervision of design implementation.
On-Site Support & Project Management
There are endless decisions to make when selecting finishes for your home. We will guide you in this process from start to finish, providing samples and mood boards to create a cohesive style. This includes but is not limited to flooring, tile, cabinetry, door style, hardware, fireplace, countertops, plumbing fixtures, appliances, lighting, trim profiles, closet systems etc. Our design library is vast, allowing your design to truly be one of a kind.
Interior Finishes
We provide and procure the following items. All furniture; interior, exterior, upholstered and case goods, window coverings (woven woods, draperies & drapery hardware) bedding, pillows & towels, bath mirrors, area rugs, art & accessories, houseware packages and other turnkey services. Selections are scheduled for install immediately following your CO to get you into your new home right away.
